The program will include a participative , high-energy style that will include a variety of exercises that help apply the material and discovery tools, including the following.

  • TKI Conflict Management Assesment

Education credits are available to program participants.

The “Introduction to Leadership” program is designed for emerging leaders who show managerial potential or front-line managers who have been recently promoted.

This program introduces new front-line managers and staff who have management potential to the elements of execution through teams and the lifelong process of developing leadership skills.
