Participants will complete a 360-degree assessment, as well as a DiSC profile.

The Executive Leadership Program is an interactive and challenging learning environment designed for agency heads and their direct reports. Participants will focus on personal leadership, creating high performing organizations, ethics and public values. Additionally, individual results of the 360-degree assessment and the DiSC profile will be analyzed. The Institute for Leadership Advancement at the Terry College of Business, UGA and Carl Vinson Institute of Government provide this program.
