Georgia Workforce Statistics
The HR Analytics Unit helps organizations improve their workforce performance and effectiveness by providing HR professionals and managers with information and tools needed to effectively manage compensation, employee turnover, improve retention and conduct workforce and succession planning.
The HR Analytics Unit publishes standard tables illustrating the current demographic profile of the State’s full-time equivalent (FTE) workforce. These tables are updated monthly and offer a current “snapshot” of what the State’s workforce currently looks like.
