SPA recently established an HR Analytics group within its Operations Division. This group will help organizations improve their workforce performance and effectiveness by providing HR professionals and managers at all levels with the tools needed to effectively manage compensation, employee turnover, improve retention and conduct workforce and succession planning.
The HR Analytics group has identified standard reports that will be published every six months. These reports will provide enterprise-wide data covering the periods from July through December, and January through June for each year. Additionally, a comprehensive report will be released after the end of each fiscal year.
Additional reports and agency specific reports can be requested at anytime.
