Workforce plans submitted by each agency are reviewed annually by the State Personnel Administration. Agency workforce goals, identified gaps, selected strategies, and targeted outcomes are analyzed for prevailing trends and common issues. Based on Georgia's Workforce Planning Law *, the results of the analysis are put into a statewide report that is submitted to the Governor's Office.
