The Workforce Consulting Services Team provides consultative support in developing action plans for selected workforce strategies:
• Workforce Data Analysis
• Internal/External Scanning
• Identifying Outcome Priorities
• Identifying Present and Future Competency Needs
• Identifying HR Strategies and Achieving Strategic Alignment
• Facilitating and/or Coordinating Workforce Planning Training
• Facilitate SWOT Analysis
Additionally, the team is available to conduct onsite visits to present an overview of the workforce planning process to your Human Capital Management Team.
