Review Criteria | Workforce Planning Law
The SPA Workforce Services consultant staff provides assistance in a variety of areas related to workforce planning. These include workforce data analysis, internal/external scanning, identifying outcome priorities, identifying present and future competency needs, identifying HR strategies and achieving strategic alignment among others. Our consultants may also facilitate and/or coordinate the entire workforce planning process. We will also come onsite and present an overview of the workforce planning process to your Human Capital Management team.
