The SPA Workforce Planning consultant staff provides assistance in a variety of areas related to workforce planning. These include workforce data analysis, internal/external scanning, identifying outcome priorities, identifying present and future competency needs, identifying HR strategies and achieving strategic alignment among others. Our consultants may also facilitate and/or coordinate the entire workforce planning process.
