Sign on to the PMTools application and open the Import/Export Program.
Click on the Import button to change to Import mode.
Check "Job Titles" and "Job Descriptions" as the data to import.
Locate and select the job description export file(s) you downloaded.
Click on Import. Make certain that your job description export file is in the confirmation dialog message.
Click on OK and close the Import/Export Program. Repeat instructions for additional job description export file(s).
This will complete the import of the job descriptions. You may verify the success of the job descriptions import by pulling up the job title drop-down box in the Employee Data Program. The field should be completely populated with the appropriate job descriptions.
