Welcome to the State Personnel Administration's Statewide Human Resources Audit Website.

 
 

The purpose of this site is to provide Georgia's State Agencies with an on-line, self-assessment, audit instrument that allows them to assess and improve their current Human Resource practices.

 
 

As mandated by Georgia Code 45-20-1, Section C, Paragraphs 8 and 9, the purpose of the audit is to assure all state agencies are following established statewide model standards and processes within their human resource departments, and to provide a tool for assessing and improving compliance with state and federal human resource statutes and policies.

 
 

The findings from this yearly audit are reported to the Governor, General Assembly, Agency Heads, and HR Professionals across the state.
